Default Time to get back into it

I had started a restore on a 1969 20 a few years back. Moving, building a new home and life has put the boat under wraps for the past few years and i would like to get working on it this winter. She is currently buttoned up and ready for body work, minus a few areas I need to glass where I ground out cracks. What should I be burying my floor, patches, gunnels with? Fairing? How thick of a layer is needed? Do I need to Hi build (prime) the areas before fairing? Or can I fair then hi build? I have no experience with this and need some direction.

Thanks Lenny
