Default Water in Fuel!!

Well after a recent fill up at two local gas stations I have taken on some real crappy fuel. The engine runs great on a five gallon jerry can, runs terrible on the main tank. I have put some dry gas in but I'm affraid its not going to help. Any thoughts on something to put in there? I am geting tired of draining the seperator! Thanks
