Default 86 Tsunami Transom Rebuild

I'm back!!! I just have to say I would much rather have Hermco do the full transom enclosure with bracketed twins but my x-mas money went to other things that my wife thought were more important(I'm new to this marriage thing). So now i'm going to do the transom rebuild myself and replumb the livewell. I'm going to use 3/4" and then another 1' 1088 board, then add a little more epoxy then what was originally on there. Originally it had 2 3/4" plywood sheets with a lot of grey filler which had some little holes that were holding water. If anybody has any tips or suggestions that would be great. I'll also update with new pictures in the near future.
