Any Stripers in Outer Banks or Virginia Beach?

Have 7 days off and want to get out of South Cackalacki! Free place to stay on Wanchese, then continue north to VaBeach to see an old girlfriend. I know, long way for a short stay...but I thought I could get a little fishing in, too! Otherwise solo trip with 15 Whaler over to Tampa for Big Reds which I have here right now. Anyone? Thanks, Mike.
