Default Popped Bottom Blisters for Trailer Boat... Now What?

Looking for some different Ideas.... This is the 23' Tsnami I towed home from Ft. Lauderdale. This will be my Full Time Trailer Boat... It gets pulled onto the trailer every day... Unless Camping...

So what are my Options... The bottom Paint was blasted off with a Dustless blaster because i intend to repaint the whole boat.... We uncovered about 300 Blisters on the Bottom from the Size of a Small Pencil Eraser to 1/2 that big.

1 - So... Can i use some kind of Epoxy and skim it...Shoot Epoxy Primer and Paint with PPG

2 - Can i get away with Shooting 2 coats of epoxy primer and then spraying PPG paint

3 - The blisters are all popped with the blaster... So i dont see a reason to have to sand them or grind them.

I am looking for a solution that is not a fortune in Paint or Crushing me with a 100 Hours of labor.... Planning on doing it myself.

Also have a lot of crazing and cracks i am going to grind/dremel out and epoxy on the top side.

Thanks In Advance for all replies.
Robert
