Default 1975 Sceptre transom

Can anyone give me some advice on preparing my transom for my glass guy to replace it. Its going to save me some money by doing this.Should I tear it out from the inside or the outside? If anyone has any advice please let me know.I currently fish a 24' Albemarle express, This 23' Seacraft was givin to me by an elderly women around the corner whos husband died 2 years ago.The agreement with the women was if she gave me the boat I would get it back in the water and take her striper fishing this year. Im really excited about getting this boat together for her. This is my first Seacraft I've ever owned and Im very excited to get this rig back to were she belongs !!!!!
