Played around with placing the console. Cut 2 " off the bottom and may cut another 2.
Will also be closing in the rest of the back.

Other gunnel glassed. Cut the glass for the supports and rod holders.

Ended up rounding off the bottom of the front rod holder. The rods fit nicely w/o being on top on one another. Had to drill out front gunnel support for longer rods. Glassed the underside of the gunnel to the boat.

Back deck on and glassed. Cut a couple more inches off the console. Believe it's good.
