I just had two tanks made for my 27. I also had one made for my 20 a few years back, they are perfect. e-mail John down at speedytanks.com in NJ for a quote (ACW). I live in Chatham if you want to check them out, I have not installed them yet.. They do a great job with a fast turn around. I had them shipped to my business in central Mass and saved 200.00 over shipping them to the Cape.. I had them made from 3/16, but that was overkill. My tanks were 75 gallons each and cost about 1700.00 shipped. They also epoxy coat the tanks, so that saves you some time. Mention my name as a reference, I will make sure he gives you a good deal.

Good Luck,

Dan Comeau

After checking with these companies.

Fuel Tanks

Fuel tank sender [electronic]

We went with a local weld shop. Dave at D&D welding said when the tank goes above 50gal he up's the alum thickness from 1/8in to 3/16in.

The cost was $10gal. This fell very close inline with the companies above, but the turn around was 1 week unstead of 4 to 6 week's.
