Jason, I hate to say it but I think we're out. If I had three more weeks to catch up I think we'd be good to go, but unfortunatly not at this point.

I should give Pipedreams and the other Jersey guys a ring and do a cook out on the same weekend.

You think we could get a sat. link?

Oh yes, the plan-

The weekend is going to focus on one word....Relaxed. There are only two firm things planned. Both are to happen on Saturday August 9th.

1. A raft up of SeaCrafts in Newprt Harbor off of Ft Adams to listen to the Newport Jazz Festival.

2. A cookout at my home the eve of the 9th starting around 6pm.

Suggestions are welcomed and I hope we can put together a fishing trip on Sunday.

Jason,

I plan to be there for sure. Just not so sure about the boat being done.

Can you tow me out there?

Jason,

I will be there, if Don does not destroy the boat.

I plan to stay the weekend at my friend's house in Little Compton and paddle over.

We need to run a tournament on Sunday for the longest fish.

- Nick

BTW, the real reason the NJ boys can't make it, is the expense of all the dam tolls!

Jason,
I'll still be there but I'm not sure the boat will. The trailer needs some work - new brakes & tires - and if I can get it done in time, we'll bring her. Having to repower a few weeks ago threw us for a loop so the trailer work was shoved aside. If we're getting too tight with space on boats, I can come to the cookout and bag the raft-up at the jazz festival. Let me know.

Lord Afro-

I will be there with my boat. Scott M. and his crew are welcome to join me on my Mako.

Scott- there is a guy in Quincy (Auto, Truck & Trailer at 10 Independence Avenue 617-786-1900) ...who does alot of trailer work. I used him a few years back.

-Ed-

PS - Jason, if you need any help, let me know. I would be happy to give you a hand.
