Poling platform?

Has anyone installed on a poling platform on a 18 or 20?

I've been on similar boats that have installed polling platforms (Jones Brothers, Etc). It gets in the way of trolling and are impossible to pole in the first place - too heavy and too deep a V to move with a pole. If you just want a place to stand, that may be a different matter but polling a SeaCraft like a skiff is an exercise in frustration.

I thought it would be in the way. I would use it to fish from instead of poling if I did do it. How is you 20 coming? Thanks
