Default 23 Inboard Transom, Livewell?

I have a 76 Potter inboard. Right now the box in the middle of the transom is more or less a small bait box. I would like to glass in a large livewell into the middle of the transom. Has anyone with an 23 inboard have any advice?

Thanks

Me too. My fishbox in the transom was converted to a live well in it's stock form, but doesn't work well at all. It's not deep enough and there is too much splash.
