Default 2001 21 seacraft with a 300 verado?

Anyone done this? Problems? Performance numbers?

Why mess around with a lousy, slow, heavy 300 Verado, just get the 400R and be done with it.

Twin 7 627`s and be done with this.

I know of an old 23 that was cut down to a 21 and runs only 50 with a 300 yamahoo.

The transom is only 25" and you want to put 700lbs on the back? there are better power options for the 21. See what comes out tomorrow from Merc at the miami show.
