1978 Seacraft scepter conversion project started(finally).

Update: No rats, no spiders, only wasps. Transom is solid, no soft spots on deck, rub rail is dried out a bit but not horrible. These boats are so solid that even sitting in the sun didn't do much to it at all.

Trailer found.
