Default need a pair of eyes

I am talking to a guy in wellington fl who has a 23 seacraft center console. Is there anybody close by that would be willing to look at for me to see if the trip down would be worth for me?

I saw this boat a month ago he was selling a 18 ft sea craft , was not looking at the 23 to purchase , the boat looked good had a very nice bracket if I remember . I was not up in the boat just walked around it. Nice guy.
