Default What is your preseason like?

Me?
A new used motor, a GPS, changed tank location for better balance. Foam in where the old tank was. Rebuild carbs and replace fuel lines in new motor. New water pump and t'stat in new motor. New surge brakes, drums and spring shackles on the trailer, and a new crossmember. New anchor rode, pulled the leaning post. New tank in the forward center console compartment. Andd shopping for a hydro-shield/doelfin thing.

What about you?

Let him keep looking out the back on Christmas Eve with White Christmas playing in the background wishing he was going to have a snowball fight with his neighbors on Christmas afternoon.

I was gong to say something about the fact that we still have jobs up here and houses aren't given away with cereal box tops. But the downside is we only get to fish on weekends and can't afford to live near the water.

Anyways it was operation Dumbo drop this weekend. Swapped the 100 4 stroke for the 175 2 stroke. Transom looks fine. Just low.

Notice the front axle is missing- brake work to be done.

Transom looked ok, but the 175 was a little loose!!! It wore thru the gel coat into the mat glass

Going to sell the Bonito after I yank the tank out of it. An ex Florida rental boat. Not an awful hull, but not a Seacraft.

Buoyancy for Buzzard's Bay- Rain gutter to make space for fuel hose routing while I was pouring foam. Yes, that's rotting leaf litter in the gutters. Just like real gutters!
