Hey Brad, the fishin is hot up here, big bluefin, yellowfin, dolphin, some makos, big knotheads, tautog, as well as bigger rockfish are starting to show up. (Waiting on John R to push em our way). Trailer her up and make the ride north, you wont be bored. If you want some of that german brew though, you will have to bring your own!!!

Eins, Zwei, Drei, Zufa! Ein PROZIT!

Miss bavarian beer ... Rather have the 5 inches of rain than the 20 degree, 25 knot wind I'm debating to fish over this weekend. The snot / SaltH2O mix freezes inside the nose and cracks the skin around the edges but last best shot at a FIFTY!!!

Hoover seems to be doing better ! I was walking Him last Nite & the colar came over His head,Re-adjusted a notch ,It's 34"s . If he'd been fat it would'nt have been so bad but He's muscle. Not really eating ? 'Course I'd be scared to eat anyhing ! He'll be back ! did'nt turn down that BBQ'd Beef neck the other nite !
I'd sure love to go Fish'n way up there again ! did plenty when I was a Young'un Blow Fish,Blue Fish,Flounder/Fluke ? & SandSharks ! Couple of Blacks off of Wildwood park.
Scream'n Reels'
(I like the size of those Stripers)
Wish I could make/design a lure for them ?

People are making a mint off of mojo's and parachute rigs, getting in the 20 to 30 dollar range for the 'chutes which dont really last that long. The mojo's are what really do the job.from 16 to 40 oz's depending on the water depth and chartuese tails. We use them on three ways and I like to fish a bunker spoon on the long end. (green drones also work real well.) The chartuese colors are the real deal for the big rockfish around here. Not sure if you know what Im talking about, I think they are more a local thing but they sure catch fish. The parachutes are like sea witches on steroids.
