wow - that is cheap - looks like a really nice boat....I'm starting to feel bad about spending $8K for a hull that is 8 years older than that one.....hmmm.... [img]images/icons/blush.gif[/img]

If you've got a late 70's 23'CC I wouldn't feel too bad. You have the boat that most of the readership here is after.

The boats that were built during the years that Mr. Potter owned the company are more sought after than the more recent hulls. You can do a search on this site and get the exact years, but it is roughly up until about 1979/1980 or so.

Many people that are into the "classic" SeaCraft's will only buy these years and particularly shun the Tracker built boats. Then again, if you are completely rebuilding the boat, it may be of less importance.
