Default 86 23 ft W/A with Cuddy 4 Sale

1986 SeaCraft 23 ft W/A with Cuddy. We are the 2nd owners, purchased in 2004.
Twin 135 Mariner Marathons - engines refurbed in 2006, but i have no reciepts. 115 gallon fuel tank.
Compression readings
Starboard- all cylinders show 110 lbs.
Port- right top then down 105, 110. 110
left top then down 105, 105, 110

1995 Load Rite tandem axle trailer, Goodyear tires. New winch & rollers in 2016.
2-VHF radios w/ extension speakers
Garmin GPS & Fish Finder
Compass
Chemical toilet
2 fire extinguishers
2 manuals, 1-OEM & 1-aftermarket
3 dock bumpers
Tool box with extra parts
Flare gun
Numerous ropes and dock lines.
Fish box has bilge pump, PO used for a live bait box.
3 each -4 rod holders in cuddy.,
12V spot light
Cuddy cushions recovered, extra storage under the cushions
2 Folding anchors, one with chain & rope
Engine covers repainted and new decals
Teak refinished in 2015. 12 coats of Captain's varnish. Teak around & inside cuddy oiled.
On board battery charger not working
Wash down system has no pump
Yes, she has Gel coat cracks.
Fuel drained from tank & engines yearly.
Need different pics, just ask.
Selling because our children & Grandchildren have lost interest in boating & she's getting to be more than Pam & I can handle. We're looking at a smaller boat, so we would consider trading for a smaller center console.

Wouldn't say there's anything wrong with your ad. I would say it's a market issue. Most are looking for a CC. Very small crowd looking for walk arounds. Just my opinion. I could be totally wrong.

Thank you Spruill242. I was beginning to wonder what was up. That might explain why I've gotten several low ball offers. I think these SeaCraft to Tracker transition boats (?) are getting fewer & fewer. I thought we had her priced good because what I've been able to find on line suggests $12,500, but she needs some gelcoat repair, otherwise she's a great boat.

Seems like a good, honest ad to me...but here are my thoughts.

1. Tracker era SeaCraft walkaround just isn't in as high demand as the CC and Tsunami/Scepter.
2. The walkaround doesn't have as attractive styling/lines as other walkarounds in that size range. That's my personal opinion though...
3. Although they were rehabbed, the engines are 30 years old and you don't have documentation on what was done. 105/110 psi sounds low for a 2.0 Merc to me. If memory serves, it should be closer to 125 hot. If those are hot numbers, it may indicate the engines are tired.

Could be way off the mark, but that's what came to mind.

Thanks Brian. I appreciate the feed back.Compression readings with with cold motors. I drain the gas tank & run the motors out of gas every season. I have & can run the engines from a gas can. A sea trial would tell the potental buyer that the ole gal has a lot of life left in her.

$6,500.00. I have started the gel coat crack repairs. There are 2 stress cracks, one on the port side & one on the bow. Both repairs has been completed with fiberglass. They need gel coat, which I'm working on. Repair estimates from 2 shops were $1K.

Port side stress crack & bow repairs have been made. I'm in the process of gel coating these repairs and will continue the gel coat crack repairs.
