Default garmin 3210

anyone out there running one of these units? I know they have come out with new and improved, but like computers I guess that is a daily thing.
Got a good deal on a bundle package in the box, and was curious on any feedback.
thanks

Both of the boats I fish on run the Garmin 32xx units, a 6 inch on the 23' and a 10 inch on the 32'. The 32 was rigged after the newer model Garmins came out, and my cousin who owns that boat still choose the 3210. The newer models have touch screens, but to me that is not really an improvement. The other new features are minor improvements in my opinion.

Once you learn the layout the 3210 rocks. He has the Garmin radar toowhich we do not yet, and you can "ghost" the radar image over the chartplotter screen, which is useful sometimes. It also reads sea conditions at the sea buoys if you get the antenna for it. We both run Airmar ducers for the sonar, and have been happy with that as well.

Hope it helps

I bought a used 3210C last Winter for abotu $1,100. I love it. It boots up super quick and the GPS ease of use & graphics are great.

The only issue that I have is that it is currently mounted in my overhead electronics box. This coming winter I will have to reconfigure my console and stick it where I can look at it and drive at the same time.
