Thanks Fas,, definitely a learning curve ...and just when you think all is good. I have a bad laminate on the bottom of console.. Apparently my bonding of the foam to the pan bottom. Did not take. So I measured 1" from perimeter and cut the bottom skin. Then pulled the skin off the foam. The foam is to saturated with non-cured resin that it needs to be replaced. So that is we're I am at... I guess I did not compensate for the drop in temp, When the last front came through .. Now I need to fix it...and we'll my 23 fell from the cradle in the boat house.. Yea I know right., the cables broke and down the bow went .. Then 5 seconds later which seemed longer the stern drops..thank God my kids were not near... I was just under the boat yesterday check out the bottom of bracket...No more cables.. I am now using dyneema braid.. Got the boat back up after spending all day raising her...please use lots of caution...

My Dad use to say; "If you can't do it twice, it's just not worth doing"

I hear ya... That goes for the boat lift to ... I will be redoing that one soon....well I got all the core out . thank god I over lapped the glass. In other words, I isolated the bottom and side core from the top core... So all I need to do is wash with acetone or denatured alcohol and let it bake in the sun... Then recore... This time I am going to encapsulate the vertical core. Then the bottom core... Trying to save a step before cost me a lot of disgraceful agony...
